Responsibilities:
1. According to the sales strategy and plan formulated by the company, be responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products, develop new markets, and complete the expected sales goals;
2. Develop the market, collect relevant information and needs of users through multiple channels, communicate and coordinate business processes, maintain good relations with users, and achieve product transactions;
3. Listen to user opinions and provide market feedback for platform iteration.
job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, automation, mechatronics, electrical and other related majors;
2. More than 2 years of experience in sales of automated instruments or automation systems in metallurgy, environmental protection, chemical industry, etc.; more than 2 years of sales team management experience, and those with industrial and mining enterprises and design institute channel resources are preferred;
3. Have strong market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness, strong communication skills, and team spirit;
4. Be proficient in the application of computer and Internet tools, and have a good ability to prepare sales documents;
5. Strong learning ability, have certain Internet thinking, and can quickly learn about related industries.
6. Entrepreneurial passion, open-minded, and able to bear greater work pressure.
★If you are a fresh graduate:
1. Science and engineering or automation related majors are preferred;
2. Have good communication skills and certain writing skills;
3. Have work experience in automation/distribution/other industrial fields, or have part-time social practice experience in sales, telephone interviews, market research, etc.
